This is a detached L-shaped cottage in a quiet location about 75 yds from
the beach, which is accessed by a short lane to the side of the property (no
roads to cross).Secure enclosed garden to the rear.
| To the right of the front door there is a double bedroom,
kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, freezer,
electric cooker and a door to the back garden. |

Straight ahead there is a bathroom with shower over the
bath, and to the left there is a sitting room with dining area, living flame
coal-effect fire, 28" flat screen tv with freeview digital chanels, DVD and
VHS, portable CD player , and dining table. |
| Small steps from the sitting room lead into a small
conservatory area with cane seating and patio doors to the garden. Leading
off this area there is a twin bedroom with a door through to a further
double bedroom with an extra fold up bed suitable really for children not
adults. A loo and WH basin are situated at the end of the second bedroom. |

The back garden is totally enclosed and is ideal for small
children. The owner requests that no pets are permitted in this property and
it is a non smoking property. There is a telephone for your use, number
