West Cottage

WEST COTTAGE, Castwell Wynd, Earlsferry This semi-detached modern cottage occupies a prime position directly on the seafront with stunning views over the bay in both directions. It has been totally refurbished to a very high standard.
	There is a newly landscaped garden with direct access to the beach and off-street parking. On the ground floor there is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room with sea view and a bedroom with shower room beside it. This room comprises a set of adult bunk beds, the bottom one folding out tobe a double, and also a single fold out bed, providing sleeping accommodation for 3 / 4 children or 2 adults.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom with king-sized bed, with en-suite bathroom, and then a stunning open plan public area with one wall consisting of floor to ceiling glass doors affording spectacular views over the bay and leading out to a decked balcony. This room incorporates dining area with dining table seating 6, a comfortable sitting area and an attractive newly fitted kitchen.
The house is equipped with gas central heating, washer/dryer, freezer, fridge, gas hob, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, colour tv with dvd/video, patio table/4 chairs. You will need to bring your own bed linen, towels, tea towels etc. There is a king sized duvet and six single duvets. The owner respectfully requests that no smoking is permitted, and no pets are permitted.
