TIGNE COTTAGE, High Street, Elie KY9 1BY
A delightful traditional mid-19th Century terraced cottage with small
enclosed patio to the rear and a short walk from our award winning Blue Flag
beach. The property has full gas central heating.


The ground floor accommodation is open plan with seating area at one end with gas effect wood burning stove, portable tv/video and cd player, then this is open plan with spacious dining/kitchen with large dining table.
There is gas hob. electric oven, microwave and fridge. Off the kitchen there is a utility room with washing machine and a small shower room with
shower, wc and wh basin.

 		  
  Upstairs is accessed via a curved wooden staircase from the living area. On this level there is a double bedroom with king sized bed, double bedroom with double bed and a single bedroom.

 

 
The bathroom has walk in shower, bath, wc and wh basin.


There is a telephone for incoming calls, no. 01333 331060. You will need to bring bed linen, towels, tea towels etc. There is a king sized duvet, double duvet and two singles. The owners request that no-one smokes in the house.

Travel cot and high chair supplied if need be
