TIGNE COTTAGE, High Street, Elie KY9 1BY
A delightful traditional mid-19th Century terraced cottage with small
enclosed patio to the rear and a short walk from our award winning Blue Flag
beach. The cottage has recently been renovated to a high standard.

The ground floor accommodation is open plan with seating area at one end with gas effect wood burning stove, portable tv/video and cd player, then this is open plan with spacious dining/kitchen with large dining table. There is gas hob. electric oven, microwave and fridge. Off the kitchen there is a utility room with washing machine and a small shower room with shower, wc and wh basin.
		Upstairs is accessed via a curved wooden staircase from the living area. On this level there is a double bedroom with king sized bed, double bedroom with double bed and a single bedroom with trolley bed underneath.
The bathroom has walk in shower, bath, wc and wh basin. There is a telephone for incoming calls, no. 01333 331060. You will need to bring bed linen, towels, tea towels etc. There is a king sized duvet, double duvet and two singles. The owners request that no-one smokes in the house. Travel cot and high chair supplied if need be
