only yards from the beach and with sea views from the sitting room upstairs. It
has an enclosed garden to the rear, with access to the garden from Bank Street
for bikes etc.and quick access to shops etc
This 3 bedroomed traditional terraced cottage is in a delightful situation only yards from the beach and with sea views from the sitting room upstairs. It has an enclosed garden to the rear, with access to the garden from Bank Street for bikes etc.and quick access to shops etc. On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms with wh basin in each, double bedroom with wash basin and a shower room with loo, shower and wash basin.
On the first floor there is a modern fitted kitchen with dining area, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave etc. This leads to a utility room with washing machine, fridge/freezer and tumble drier. Also on the upper level is a loo with wh basin and a lovely spacious sitting room with diningtable at one end, gas/coal fire and sea views over the garden of the seafront house opposite.
