This is a newly refurbished mews cottage in a quiet location, very close to the beach, with lovely sea views from the sitting room. There is a single garage for your use and a sunny sheltered communal courtyard.
	On the first floor there is a sitting room with sea views, open fire, sofa bed and flat screen tv with digital channels and dvd, there is also a tv with a video in one of the bedrooms.. There are two twin bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower cubicle, wc and wh basin.
On the ground floor there is a modern kitchen with washing machine, gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher (and tumble drier in garage), then this leads to a dining room which has french doors leading to the courtyard.
	The cottage is fully centrally heated and has a telephone for your use, the number is 01333 330675 (please keep a note of calls and pay at the end of your stay). You will need to bring bed linen, towels and tea towels. There are four single duvets.
N.B. The owner requests that no pets are allowed and this is a non smoking property
