newly fitted units with washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher,
electric oven and hob and microwave. There is gas central heating. There is a shower room on this level also. On the first floor there are two bedrooms (one twin and one double) and a bathroom. |
| There is no garden with the cottage, but it is located within a minute's walk of Earlsferry's sandy beach. The owner respectfully requests no smoking or pets are permitted. There are two single duvets and one double. |
