This is an end terraced sea fronted house with 5 bedrooms. Enjoying a superb location
as part of a new
Courtyard development very close to the golf course and tennis courts. There is
off-street parking and a small relatively private garden overlooking the beach.

a sitting room, with gas fire, colour tv., dvd player and sea views,
study/bedroom with a single bunk bed and table football, loo and wash basin
and a utility room with shower, w\machine, t\drier etc.,

fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and this leads to a conservatory with
wonderful sea views which also overlooks the pretty garden
