This is the totally self-contained upper half of a detached Victorian villa very close to the beach and with off-street parking and garden to the rear. The house is accessed by a short stair from the garden which leads into an attractive hallway. The property comprises twin bedroom with sea view and wh basin, a second twin bedroom and a small bunk bedroom with a set of adult sized bunks, bathroom witn new power shower over bath, loo and wh basin (no shower), dining room leading through to a fitted kitchen and a nice bright sitting room with lovely views down the lane to the sea with a second window overlooking the neighbouring gardens towards the High Street. The house is equipped with gas central heating, colour tv with built in video, washing machine, fridge, microwave and electric cooker.
	There is a telephone for your use, no. 330185, please keep a close note of calls and pay at the end of your stay. Duvets/pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own bed linen, towels, tea towels etc. There are six single duvets.
The owner respectfully requests that no pets and no smoking be permitted in the house.
