This is the self contained top half of a detached stone-built villa in a wonderful position right on elie beach with panoramic views over the Firth of Forth There is car parking for one car and direct access to the beach. (no garden)
| You enter on the ground floor and there is an internal stair to the first floor. There is a large double bedroom with sea view (actually 2 singles pushed together), small twin bedroom with sea views and another large twin bedroom. |

There is a bathroom, shower room, sitting room with colour tv, video and real fire if wished and wonderful views, and dining kitchen with washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. There is gas central heating. | ||
