This is a attractive detached cottage in quiet location with off-street parking and a garden situated on the edge of the golf course, and quite close to the beach. It is all on one level.
	There is a small double bedroom with bathroom beside it and a bunk bedroom with ensuite shower and loo (these are adult bunks and can apparently at a pinch be separated to make two singles if required).
There is a hall/dining room , small kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas central heating, washing machine, microwave etc., and sitting room with colour tv and real fire if wished.
