There is a good sized dining room with table and chairs for 8, this leads on to sitting room with coal effect fire, tv, dvd, video, music centre, which leads into the conservatory overlooking the garden.
1st Floor. Comprises a family bathroom with shower over the bath, loo, w/h basin. A spacious master double bedroom with tv/video. The second double bedroom has tv/video, the third bedroom comprises a double bed above which is situated a single bunk bed. The second floor has a double and single futon, skylight windows to front and back, and ensuite bathroom with shower, loo and basin.
