This is a modern terraced house in a quiet location with safe enclosed garden and off street parking and garage. This is a particularly good house for small children.
| On the ground floor there is an open plan living dining area with gas fire, colour tv and video, dining table and patio doors leading to the garden. There is a small modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, gas oven and hob, washing machine, compact dishwasher and microwave. There is also a cloakroom on the ground floor. | |

On the first floor there is a bathroom with wc., wh basin, bath and shower over the bath. There is a double bedroom with double bed, and walk-in wardrobe. The twin bedroom has twin beds and bunk bedroom has adult sized bunks and cot. | |
