MOUNT PLEASANT

This is a totally self-contained lower half of one of the original Coastguard cottages situated very close to the harbour beach, with lovely views out to sea.

There is private parking for 2 vehicles. You enter to the rear where there is a sizeable porch for wet weather gear, golf clubs etc. The property comprises small double bedroom with views of the sea, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower over the bath, kitchen with small table to eat at, gas cooker, fridge, washing machine, microwave and gas central heating. There is a sunny sitting room with colour tv., gas/coal fire, and lovely views

You will need to bring bed linen, towels and tea towels. There is one double and two single duvets.
