This is the upper half (totally self-contained) of a detached Victorian villa with garden to the rear, and off-street parking. The property is within easy walking distance of the harbour beach (with its newly acquired Blue Flag Award status).

There is a wash-house in the garden with washing machine/tumble drier, where wet weather gear and bikes can also be stored.
 

This property has Broadband and Wireless  internet access for those needing it.


Entry to the property is via a short flight of stairs into porch which then leads into the spacious split-level hallway.
 



The house is equipped with gas central heating, dishwasher, electric oven/gas hob, fridge.


You will need to bring bed linen, towels, t-towels etc. There are 2 king sized duvets and 6 singles.

The owners have requested that no smoking or pets be permitted in the property.
 

To the right there is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, then 8 steps up leading to the upper hall. Doors lead from here to a spacious fully equipped dining/kitchen, which then leads to a cosy tv room with portable ctv., video, open fire.


There is a large bright drawing room with gas/coal fire and dining table seating 8, and also on this level a double bedroom with king-sized bed, original shutters and an en-suite bathroom. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and further twin bedroom with views of the sea in the distance, together with a shower room with loo and wh basin.
