Kingsmuir is a detached house overlooking Elie Golf course with spectacular views over the course and down towards the cliffs from its North side. To the South side there is a large safe enclosed garden with gate at the bottom which takes you out to the top of a lane leading down to the beach (one small one way street to cross over ). The Beach is less than one minutes walk

The property offers modern comfortable family accommodation for 9 with the potential to sleep 11.

· Large , walled, private south facing garden to the rear of the property with gate access and 1 min walk to the beach.
