Once you have selected a property and dates please call us on +44(0)1333330219 to check final availability and suitability of the property for your requirements.
Alternatively you can fill in the booking request form for that property to send us your request and details.
Please mention anything you feel we should take into account, such as limited mobility, so we can ensure the property is best suited to your needs.
Payment
Once you have decided on a property please call the office to finalise the booking and give card details. You can use the call instead of the online booking request or in addition thereto. Alternatively print off the booking request form for the property in question and send it to the office with a cheque.
We request one third of the rental cost on booking. The rest of the balance is due one month before the let commences. If the deposit is not received within three days of making the booking Elie Letting reserves the right to cancel the let.
We accept:
Debit cards - Maestro, Solo, debit MasterCard, Visa electron 
Credit cards - Visa and MasterCard (1.95% surcharge)
Bank Transfer - call for details
Cheques - payable to Elie Letting
On receipt of your payment we will confirm in writing with all the necessary details.
We request that you call us a couple of days prior to arrival to arrange key collection and give an estimated arrival time. Key pick up is normally (unless otherwise specified) after 2pm from the office. If you are arriving out of business hours this is not a problem as long as you call to arrange beforehand. The keys should be returned to the office before 10am on the day of departure (again unless otherwise specified).
Last minute bookings
As we have quite a variety of properties we can often secure something last minute and may be able to offer discount. Please call to discuss.
