Elie is a lovely unspoilt seaside village with something for everyone. Of the area’s five beaches, the sheltered Elie bay provides a safe haven for beach lovers and water sports enthusiasts. The villages also boast several other sporting options including golf, tennis, putting and bowling while the magnificent coastline offers boundless natural beauty and amazing walking opportunities. For those wanting to explore the surrounding area, there are numerous attractions including some of the best known golf courses in the world. The medieval town of St Andrews is only 14 miles away, offering a historic treat or even just a beautiful market town for shoppers.
