GRANARY LOFT, ELIE

Set in a dramatic location with sea views in every direction and our Blue Flag beach on your doorstep, this unique property comprises the whole top floor of the original Granary building at Elie Harbour. This apartment is set on the third floor with stair and lift access up to the second floor and a short private stair up to the apartment itself. There is non-designated off-street parking.


 

Minimalist in design, the spacious living area comprises almost the whole of the first floor with windows on all sides and a real fire at each end. At one end is a modern kitchen with dining table, and tucked into another corner there is a table tennis table. There is a short stair from this level leading up to a large open plan gallery sleeping area, where there are six ‘sleeping stations’ each with a futon bed and small storage areas for clothes etc. This is an ideal area for children and teenagers.


 
On the main level, there are two double bedrooms, one with a king sized bed, and en-suite shower, loo and wh basin, and the second bedroom with king-sized bed and bathroom beside it.

There is also a utility room with washer/dryer.

 
The apartment is equipped with under floor gas central heating, fridge, electric oven with hob, dishwasher, freezer and colour television.

Linen and towels will be provided, and the price includes gas and electric (depending on season).

The owner has asked that no pets or smoking be permitted in the apartment
