The new kitchen is fully equipped with stainless
steel hob oven, extractor hood, integrated dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridge/freezer, plus breakfast bar. The dining table seats 6. A fully equipped utility room is located off the kitchen with ample storage. There are double doors opening into the sitting room which has a bay window offering glimpses of the sea, gas/coal effect fire and widescreen digital tv (approx 30 digital channels) with a dvd home cinema system. A selection of dvd's and cd's are provided for your enjoyment. There is also a double sofa bed for occasional guests. |

owner requests that no smoking is permitted. There is a telephone for your
use. Please keep a note of calls and pay at the end of your stay. The owner
