	This is the totally self contained detached studio cottage situated to the rear of a large Victorian house close to both the village centre and the beach. There is access to a large shared enclosed walled garden with table and 2 chairs outside your door. There is a tumble drier situated in the greenhouse/conservatory at the end of the garden for your use
The cottage comprises one open plan area with kitchen /dining area and with a large sofa that makes down into a double bed. The property is equipped with tv, music centre, washing machine, fridge, microwave hob and oven and wall mounted electric heating
	There is a shower room with loo and wh basin . Bed linen and towels are provided.
