| This is a detached modern cottage in a spectacular location
right on the seafront with garden going down onto the beach. On the ground
floor there is a spacious kitchen with dining area and wonderful views of
the bay, then there are a few steps up to a central hallway of which leads a
double bedroom with king sized bed, a bedroom with set of bunks and a single
bed, and bathroom with shower over the bath. |

The spacious sitting room is located up a
further few steps with large window giving panaramic view of the sea with
colour tv/video, dining table/chairs, sofa bed, gas/coal fire. The
house has gas central heating and is equipped with large fridge, freezer,
washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, dishwasher and electric cooker. |
| Bedding is supplied but you should bring your own bed linen - there are three single duvets and one king sized. |
