Craigallan is an end terraced traditional cottage 50 yards from the beach with an enclosed patio style garden to the rear- There is a lockable gate from the lane into the garden to allow access for bikes etc and to make it safe for children. The lane at the side leads directly up to the golf course.



The accommodation comprises

Sitting room with gas/coal fire, colour TV, DVD, video, Telephone (01333 330347 - please pay at end of stay)



 
Bathroom with bath WC and WHB

Small Bunk bedroom with adult bunks and WHB (off sitting room)

Kitchen with dining table, dishwasher, M/W, fridge/freezer, gas CH, Cooker etc

Utility Cupboard with washing machine and tumble drier
