| This is an end-terraced converted coastguard
cottage with off-street parking and a small garden. From the sitting room
window you overlook the fields towards the Firth of Forth and the Bass Rock. |

You enter and there is a porch with freezer, then you go upstairs where there is a double bedroom, twin bedroom, modern bathroom with bath and electric shower, sitting room with colour tv and real fire if wished. |
| There is a small dining table and bed settee and
kitchen with washing machine, fridge, white meter heating etc.
