This is the lower half of a large Victorian house, close to the beach and bordering the golf course to the rear.
(off street parking).

This is the bottom half (totally self-contained) of a detached stone-built
villa with garden to the front and summer house, situated within easy reach
of the tennis courts, 9 hole golf course and beach. There is off-street
parking for one vehicle..

with en suite shower and loo Twin bedroom Small single bedroom with w h basin Extra Fold up bed also available The Sitting room has gas fire and flat screen TV with Sky plus DVD- The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine is situated in the utility room to the side of the house and is shared with the upstairs flat. There is full gas central heating |
