ELIE LETTING Terms and Conditions
1. Entry not before 2.00pm and properties must be vacated by
10am on the day of departure.
2. All bookings to be confirmed with a deposit (one third of total rental)
within 7 days.
3. Balance due 4 weeks before arrival.
4. If the reservation is cancelled every effort will be made to re-let the
property. If this fails the deposit and/or balance of rental may be retained. If
refunded a small admin fee may be charged. The onus is on individuals to take
out their own holiday cancellation insurance.
5. The proprietors accept no responsibility for: (a) any injury to residents or
their families (b) any damage to any property belonging to any of the above,
including motor cars.
6. Hirers will be liable for damage they cause to the holiday properties
structure or contents.
7. In some cases, refundable damage deposits will be required. This refundable
deposit is to be sent 2 weeks prior to start of holiday. This will be returned
as appropriate shortly after departure.
8. Numbers of people occupying the property must not exceed the numbers stated
in details, i.e. 2, 4,12 etc unless prior agreement has been given.
9. Holidaymakers are requested to leave their property as clean and tidy as they
find it.
10. Regretfully no pets permitted unless stated otherwise.
