This is a modern terraced cottage in a courtyard situation with off street parking, and small enclosed patio to the rear. It is very close to the beach, golf course and tennis courts and within easy walking distance of all local shops etc.

The ground floor comprises sitting room,
Digital TV with Freeview and DVD player. This room has two sofas, one of
which converts to a comfy double bed. The living room leads through to an
extremely well equipped modern kitchen/dining room with large
fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, washing
machine and separate tumble drier.

The house has a modern central heating system,
which allows full control in all rooms, and also a telephone. Bed linen and
Towels are supplied for both bedrooms, and a travel cot is available on
request. Bedding and linen can also be provided for the sofa bed at a small
additional cost. Well-behaved dogs are very welcome and dog bowls are
provided, but it is requested that dogs are not left in the house
unattended. This is a no smoking property. |

The dining area comprises a table with four chairs. The table extends to accommodate at least 6 people, with extra fold up chairs stored in the large under-stair cupboard. | ||
On the first floor there is a master bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobes and TV with Freeview. The second bedroom is a twin room with ample wardrobe and storage space and TV with built in DVD player. The property has a modern family bathroom, and also a separate WC with washbasin. The bathroom has WC, washbasin and bath with power shower over. |
