This is a mid terraced house in a quiet location
75 yards from our sandy beach (with no roads to cross). On the ground floor
there is a newly fitted kitchen, a shower room with loo and wh basin and a
sitting room with dining area, with gas coal fire and a window looking down the
lane to the sea. This room leads to a sunny patio with access down the lane to
the beach.

On the first floor
there is a master bedroom with king-sized bed, a twin bedroom, a bedroom with
two sets of adult bunks and a family bathroom with shower over the bath. |

| The house is equipped with eye level oven and grill, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, microwave, fridge/freezer, colour tv., dvd and gas central heating. |

| The owner requests that no smoking or pets are permitted in the house. You will need to bring our own bed linen, towels, tea towels etc. There is a king sized duvet and 6 singles. |
