Newly refurbished ground floor apartment situated very close to the beach with access to the beach via a private road. (no roads to cross) There is a small shared garden. The apartment is modern and minimilist in design with wooden flooring throughout comprising of double bedroom, children's bedroom with a set of child sized bunks, shower with separate loo and wh basin and open plan living area with dining table, two sofas (one sofa bed), colour tv, DVD and video. There is a galley style kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven, gas hob, washer/drier, dishwasher and gas central heating.
	There is a telephone, number 01333 330735. Calls should be noted and paid for at the end of your stay. You will need to bring your own bed linen, towels, tea towels etc. There is a king sized duvet, two singles and a spare double duvet/pillows for the sofa bed. The owner respectfully requests that no smoking or pets be permitted in the apartment.
