2 SCHOOL WYND, ELIE This is a traditional terraced cottage with enclosed back garden with summerhouse just at the top of the lane leading down to the sea. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living area with colour tv., dining table, white meter heading and electric stove, with french windows leading out to the garden.
	To the right there is an open plan kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge, microwave. There is also a single bedroom on this floor. A curved stair leads from the living area up to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with bathroom beside it. Family bathroom now has shower over the bath.
The owner requests that no-one smokes in the property. You will need to bring your own bed linen, towels etc. There are three single duvets and a double.
