This is a ground floor flat with safe garden to the rear situated just at the top of the road leading down to the harbour and close to the village centre. The building has carpeted foyer, door entry system etc

There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and an extra
single bed (split bunk bed), and one with two single beds and an extra
single bed (split bunk bed).
There is a bathroom, sitting room with colour television and dining table
and kitchen with pine dining table, washing machine, fridge, microwave,
electric cooker, gas central heating etc.
