This is a recently built mid-terraced cottage, with off-street parking, and a garden situated in a quiet location behind the harbour, and close to the village centre.

The property has recently been refurbished to a high standard. On the ground floor there is a nice sitting room with dining area, gas/coal effect fire, colour tv, dvd. The dining table has space to seat 6 people. The property also benefits from the recent introduction of new wooden flooring.
	There is a pleasant conservatory that overlooks the enclosed grassy garden. The fully fitted kitchen has the usual appliances including dishwasher, fridge, electric cooker, etc.- You will also find a utility room with freezer, washer,/drier, gas central heating boiler, etc. There is a loo with wash hand basin
Upstairs there is a double bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes as well as a twin bedroom with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes and a further twin bedroom comprising single bed with good quality trolley bed underneath, which makes up to a twin. There is a bathroom with shower over the bath.
	Pets are welcome. The owners request that there is no smoking in the property please.
Bed linen and towels are provided (not beach towels)
